Programme Objectives
1. Identify individual’s major foundation, strengths, interests, and the current development problems;
2. Illustrate the possible connection of current major and future career;
3. Learn from peers’ specific skills and thinking processes, brainstorm and gain inspiration from different domains;
4. Give and receive constructive peer feedback;
5. Design a small prototype idea or exploration task related to their strengths and interests;
6. Seeking and development experiences;
7. Integrate previous reflections through an outdoor group activity;
8. Create a personal development board and design a one-week exploration task
Target Participants / Prerequisite
The programme is designed for lower-year undergraduate students (18 or above) who have shown strong potential in their academic field or their interest domains.
Programme Outline
This programme consists of 5 sessions with a total of 18 hours, which follows a developmental structure. The time of each session varies from 3 to 4 hours accordingly. Participants will identify their starting point, learn from peers’ specific skills, design a small prototype idea, collect real-life evidence, reflect through an outdoor activity, and generate a personal development board.
Session 1: Starting Point Canvas Workshop
Identify major foundation, personal interests, strength evidence, and possible development pathways.
Session 2: Peer-led Skill Spark and Prototype Inspiration
Take turns sharing a skill, get inspiration from peers, and design a preliminary prototype idea.
Session 3: Real-life Evidence Pack
Complete a structured real-life learning experience depending on different background such as art exhibition and engineering competition, and submit reflection forms.
Session 4: Outdoor Reflective Activity
Participate a structured outdoor reflective dialogue, integrate previous learning products, reflect on the development direction, and refine the one-week exploration task.
Session 5: Personal Development Board
Complete a personal development board, get feedback, and finalize a one-week exploration task.
Programme Instructor
Ms. Wang Yudi
Wang Yudi is a Master of Education student specializing in Gifted Education and Talent Development at The University of Hong Kong. Her interests include gifted education and talent development, career education, and social-emotional development. She hopes to support high-potential students in connecting strengths, interests, resources, and real-life experiences with future development.

課程宗旨
結束后,參與者將能夠:
1. 梳理個人專業基礎、個人興趣、自身優勢與現階段發展困境;
2. 理清專業和未來職業發展之間的潛在關聯;
3. 借鑒同伴的實操技能與思維方式,跨領域頭腦風暴、汲取創作靈感;
4. 開展同伴互評,互相提出建設性反饋意見;
5. 結合自身優勢與興趣,構思小型雛形方案或探究任務;
6. 積累探索與成長實踐經歷;
7. 依託戶外團體研討活動,整合復盤過往所有反思內容;
8. 製作個人成長規劃板,並設計為期一周的自主探究任務。
目標對象
本課程面向18歲以上的在各自專業或興趣領域表現出較強發展潛能的低年級大學生。
課程大綱
本項目分為5個課時,總時長18小時,採用階梯式成長課程架構,單課時長3至4小時。 參與者梳理自身成長、學習同伴專項技能、設計初步方案、收集實景實踐素材、藉助戶外活動開展反思,最終製作個人成長規劃展板。
第一課:起點畫布工作坊 參與者整理專業基礎、個人興趣、自身優勢與可能發展路徑並完成自己的起點畫布。
第二課:技能分享與靈感啟發 參與者輪流分享專項技能,借鑒經驗,獲取靈感,設計個人小型原創方案初稿。
第三課:實景實踐素材整理 結合自身專業背景(如觀展、競賽等)完成標準化實地學習,提交反思記錄表。
第四課:戶外反思研討活動 參與結構化戶外反思交流,整合往期學習成果,復盤個人發展方向。
第五課:個人成長規劃展板 完成個人發展展板製作,收集互評建議,確定最終的一周自主探究任務。
