工作坊宗旨

“戲劇不是紙上的文字。戲劇就是表演”(Fortier,2002 )。 iTheatre的命名由I和Theater組成,寓意通過表演自我建構。 iTheatre強調以學習者為本的教學方法,致力於提供輕鬆和諧的學習環境。課程會提供了一系列的課堂表演機會,有助於參與者探索自己的不同方面,尊重他人,然後發展他們的創造力。此外,參與者可以更深入地了解戲劇理念,嘗試另類學習體驗。凡成功取錄,參加者鼓勵積極完成課堂活動和任務,準時出席率達80%將給予獎勵。

 

工作坊將促進參與者在自我、他人和戲劇方面的整體發展。

完成課程後,學生可以:

[識] 認識的戲劇教育概念,掌握各種戲劇技巧;
• [能力] 提升三種通用技能,例如
創造力、批判性思維、溝通能力;
• [情感] 以適當的方式表達個人感受和情緒,進而培養對他人的同理心;
• [價值觀及態度] 欣賞自我、他人的獨特性和戲劇之美。

工作坊導師

林梓淳老師 

林老師現為香港大學資優教育與人才發展碩士課程一年級學生。她擁有七年的語文前線教育經驗。她曾任教中文、英文和普通話科目,並通過教師語文能力評估(LPAT)取得任教英語和普通話資格。林老師於2015年榮獲由香港準教師協會頒發傑出準教師銅獎,並於2015/16學年榮獲由香港學校戲劇節頒發傑出導演獎。
林老師深信戲劇教育有助學生培養創意,發展個人才能,以達至全人發展。透過一系列的戲劇教育活動,學生可以探索自己、認識別人、了解戲劇世界。

Online Enrichment Workshop 2023 - "iTheatre"

The workshop is facilitated by HKU MEd Gifted Education and Talent Development students, with supervision from HKU Faculty of Education expert staff, Dr. Serene Chan.

The online enrichment workshop is free of charge. A certification of completion will be issued to participants.

Registration deadline: May 19, 2023
All registrants will be invited to attend an online orientation on May 20, 2023, 2pm-3pm.

Successful applicants will be notified by email by May 22, 2023.

Programme Objectives

‘Theatre is not words on a page. Theatre is performance’ (Fortier, 2002). The naming of iTheatre is formed by I and Theatre which means the self-construction through performance. iTheatre emphasizes learner-oriented teaching approach and is dedicated to provide a relaxing and harmonious learning environment. In this programme, it provides a range of performing opportunity in class that favors participants to explore different sides of themselves, respect to the others and then develop their creativity. Besides, participants can know more about the idea of drama and taste the alternative learning experience among drama in education techniques. The completion of tasks in every session from participants is much appreciated. Attendance and punctuation will be rewarded for good participants. 

This workshop aims to enhance participants holistic development in term of senses of self, others and drama respectively.
Upon completion of this program, students are able to: 
•  [
Knowledge] know more about the concepts of drama in education and acquire different kinds of drama techniques;  
•  [Competency] promote three generic skills, such as, creativity, critical thinking, communication; 
•  [Affection] express personal feelings and emotions in a proper way and then develop empathy towards others;
•  [Value & Attitude] appreciate the uniqueness of self, others and the beauty of drama.

Programme Instructor

Miss LAM Sarelle Sherry

Miss Lam is a current year 1 student in pursuing MEd of Gifted Education and Talent Development at University of Hong Kong. She have obtained full time language education experience for seven years. She have taught in Chinese, English and Mandrain and attained the proficiency in English language and Putonghua from the Language Proficiency Assessment for Teachers (LPAT). Miss Lam won the Bronze Prize of Outstanding Prospective Teachers from Hong Kong Prospective Teachers Association in 2015 and was rewarded the Award for Outstanding Director from Hong Kong School Drama Festival in 2015/16 school year. 
Miss Lam believes drama in  education can favor students to nurture creativity and develop their own talents for pursuing the holistic development. Students can explore themselves, understand the others and know more about acting world through a range of drama activities.
