Course Outline
Session 1:
To develop English and creativity skills through the story of The Gruffalo.
Session 2:
To develop English and creativity skills through the story of Where the Wild Things are
Session 3:
To develop English and creativity skills through the story of Leonardo the Terrible Monster
Target Participants / Prerequisite

Primary 2-3 Students who are interested in English stories. Applicants will be invited to an interview to assess their listening and speaking skills in English.
Course Instructor
Dr. Serene CHAN
Dr. Serene Chan obtained her PCEd and EdD from the University of Hong Kong. She is also an experienced English teacher and curriculum developer with an MA in TESL. She is interested in the enhancement of creativity and the development of gifted education in students. In addition to teaching experience in Hong Kong, she has taught in the United States, Costa Rica, and Macau.
